The 10th cohort of ɫ����’s Emerging Leaders Program has been selected for the 2025-26 academic year. Running from Fall 2025 through Spring 2026, the program offers leadership development opportunities through a kickoff retreat, regular workshops, small-group activities, and individualized coaching. 

The has cultivated leadership potential at ɫ���� since 2016 and is open to senior and principal academic and research faculty from all academic units. 

“Helping our colleagues grow their leadership skills is critically important for ɫ����’s present and future,” said Karie Davis-Nozemack, interim provost and executive vice president for academic affairs. “The Emerging Leaders Program is a key investment in our people and accelerates them toward their professional goals.
